The Raža Apartment is a perfect place for you and your loved ones to unwind and enjoy the scents of Mediterranean flora while taking in the stunning terrace views of the Barbat Channel and the island of Dolin. The Apartment comes with its own berths for boats situated along the seafront in front of the house.

The Raža Apartment is a perfect place for you and your loved ones to unwind and enjoy the scents of Mediterranean flora while taking in the stunning terrace views of the Barbat Channel and the island of Dolin. The Apartment comes with its own berths for boats situated along the seafront in front of the house.
How did it all start?
Well, it started with Nonno Krsto Peran who dreamed big and did what many wouldn’t dare. He bought a plot of land, isolated and inaccessible, with wild hares as its only inhabitants. However, what Nonno Peran saw was a perfect spot to build a family home and, even more importantly, a workshop and a slipway for boats. In years to come, Nonno would build many batana and passara boats in his workshop, with planks soaking on the beach, while Nonna Marija would welcome the first sets of guests to the Peran family home.

A fantastic holiday apartment with everything your heart could desire. Perfect for boat owners, as there is a dock right in front of the house that you can see from the balcony. A reasonable price for a nicely furnished apartment with plenty of space and great amenities. From an ironing board to a washing machine, everything you need is provided. The hosts are super friendly and always helpful. We even got a free parking space in the garage at the beach in front of the house by the sea. Simply fantastic!

Apartment Raža is a wonderful place for a great, relaxing holiday right by the sea. We spent beautiful days there. The entire apartment is absolutely clean, the kitchen is really well equipped, and the new layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideal. The location right next to the sea was fantastic for our dog — we always had our own private spot in a small cove. The promenade along the beach offers lovely walks in both directions. However, the best thing for us was the warmth — you really feel welcome there. Davorka is a wonderful host. It was the perfect holiday for us, and from it a lovely new friendship was born.

Location, place, location! Just a few steps from the apartment and you are on the beach!
The apartment is just above a small beach and has a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Dolin which is just across the apartment. The apartment has a lot of very chic and tastefully decorated details, very comfortable beds, a fantastic terrace and each room has its own balcony. Our host Davorka welcomed us wonderfully and gave us a lot of ideas on how to spend a vacation on Rab. We used the early mornings for cycling and the rest of the day for stand up paddling. We will definitely be back again.
